What's required for identity verification?

We require two forms of identification to verify identity.

1. US government or state issued ID.

2. Knowledge based assessment based on your historical records.

3. Facial ID verification.

In addition to the above, you will need to use your laptop or phone to take a picture of the front and back of your government issued ID. You will also need to provide your current residence address and the last 4 digits of your social security number.
